Jessica Patterson, RVT – Veterinary Technician
Jessica grew up in Sanford. As long as she can remember, she had a huge interest in animals. Her dad bred and showed Treeing Walker Coonhounds while she was growing up. She always helped out with puppies, and even showed some when she was younger. Her parents always have said that from the moment she could talk, all she ever wanted to do in life was be an "animal doctor."
When Jessica was in high school, she had the opportunity to take a co-op class that allowed her to leave school and volunteer at a place of her choice – which happened to be All Animals Veterinary Hospital! It was the experience she gained here that made her choose the veterinary technician field.
Candy McGehee, RVT – Veterinary Technician
Candy has been a part of the All Animals Veterinary Hospital team since 2002. She worked here as part of her externship and has been here ever since. She has a strong interest in surgery and often works in surgery with Dr. John.
Candy grew up in Broadway and currently resides there with her husband, Barrett, and two children, Wyatt and Willow. She has four dogs – Bene and Zelda frequently come to work with her. There are also Butterbean and Sammy, a cat named Nemo, and a goat named Mr. Bubblegum. Candy also has several hedgehogs at her house.

Whitney Hunter — Veterinary Assistant
Whitney grew up in Sanford, NC. She has been working in the veterinary field for almost seven years. As a child, her biggest interest was spending time with animals. She grew up riding horses and caring for cats and dogs on her uncle’s farm. From a very young age, Whitney knew that she wanted to work with animals. She likes to work with aggressive animals to calm them and allow a more pleasurable experience.

Her passion has and will always be to work with animals. Since a sophomore in high school she has worked in the Veterinary field. Jackie came to All Animals Veterinary Hospital after being a stay-at-home mom for three years and loves every minute of it. "If I’m going to be away from my family, I'm going to be doing something I love."
Her dream was always to be a veterinarian and it still is on her bucket list. She loves all animals, especially her two dogs Ginger and Carmella. Her favorite animal though is the Orca.
